INGREDIENTS:-

INSTRUCTIONS:-
To use as a bath oil:Pour 1-2 tsp of the oil in a tub of warm bath after you have filled the tub. Do not pour the oil while you are filling the tub because it will cause the essential oils to evaporate. Use as a normal massage oil to help ease muscle and joint pains, and to provide relief to stressed muscles, cramping or a headache.For added effectiveness and healing use with an Omved warm compress.Note: Do not apply on open wounds or broken skin.Store in a cool, dark place below 30 degrees C.
