How do I place an order or make a purchase on SoulDeal?

Thank you for showing interest in making a purchase through our website. There are two ways you could make a purchase from our website you could register and create an account and make a purchase or be a guest user and make the purchase. Kindly follow the steps mentioned below to make your purchase.

The procedure to make a purchase without registering or having an account is as follows:

  • Fill the required details under the new customer form to register.
  • Once registered you can click on the “my account” tab and update all other details.
  • Now you can select a product from our website and click on it.
  • Click on the “BUY” tab.
  • Click on the “Proceed to Checkout” tab.
  • Confirm the Billing and Shipping address.
  • Choose the mode of payment and proceed with the payment.
  • Your order is confirmed.

  • Fill in your email id and mobile number in the guest checkout section.
  • Fill in the Shipping Address and Billing Address.

How do I track my order?

Thank you for your query on how to track your order, when your order is shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a link to track your package. Some orders may have to be shipped in multiple boxes and each box will have its own unique tracking number. Unfortunately, USPS does not support Order Tracking on shipments. Therefore, gift card, PO Box, FPO and APO shipments will not have a tracking number. If you were logged into your account when you made your purchase, you can track your order by logging in to your account and selecting Order Status & Tracking.

How does the Shipping take place?

Dear customer we are as excited as you are about your purchase. Your merchandise will be shipped in 1 to 2 business days from your order date with your choice of the flexible shipping options.

Will there be any delivery charges and how much would it be?

Delivery charges vary with each Brand. Sellers incur relatively higher shipping costs on low value items. In such cases, charging a nominal delivery charge helps them offset logistics costs. The delivery charge may be waived off by some Sellers, if you shop with them for a minimum predefined value. For example, if we were to consider seller Sunrise Rs 100 for delivery per item if the order value is less than Rs 500. While, orders of Rs 500 or above are delivered free. Please check with individual Sellers to understand their delivery charges.

Why does the delivery date not correspond to the delivery timeline of number of business days?

It is possible that the Seller or our courier partners have a holiday between the day the order was placed and the date of delivery, which is based on the timelines shown on the product page. In this case, we add a day to the estimated date. Some courier partners and Sellers do not work on Sundays and this is factored in to the delivery dates.

What is the estimated delivery time

Sellers generally procure and ship the items within the time specified on the product page. Business days exclude public holidays and Sundays.

Estimated delivery time depends on the following factors:

  • The Seller offering the product
  • Product's availability with the Seller
  • The destination to which you want the order shipped to and location of the Seller.

How do I pay for a Souldeal purchase?

We offer you multiple payment methods. Whatever your online mode of payment, you can be rest assured that Souldeal's trusted payment gateway partners

use secure encryption technology to keep your transaction details confidential at all times.

You may use Internet Banking, Cash on Delivery (CoD) and Wallet options to make your purchase.

We also accepts payments made using Visa, MasterCard, Maestro and American Express credit/debit cards in India.

Does SoulDeal accept payments made using a credit/debit card?

We accept payments made by credit/debit cards issued in India and PayUMoney.

Are there any hidden costs (sales tax, octroi, etc) on items sold by Sellers on Souldeal?

There are NO hidden charges when you make a purchase on Souldeal. List prices are final and all-inclusive. The price you see on the product page is exactly what you would pay. Delivery charges are not hidden charges and are charged (if at all) extra depending on the Seller's shipping policy.

Do I have to register and create an account to make a purchase?

No, it is not necessary to create an account to make a purchase though it is preferable as it would make it a lot easier for your next purchase with us as we would have your details with us.

Can I sync my SoulDeal account with different email id’s?

No, SoulDeal does not have such an option as of now.

Can I sell my products on SoulDeal? Whom should I get in touch with?

You could send a mail with the details about your company or store and details about the products to info@souldeal.in and we will get back to you.

Does SoulDeal have a “wallet” or any similar option?

No, SoulDeal does not have such an option as of now.

Does SoulDeal have an option where I can buy or gift an e-gift coupons or vouchers?

No, SoulDeal does not have such an option as of now.

How do I get a replacement?

Replacements of products are made only in cases where the product is not delivered to you or the product delivered to you is a damaged product and the replacement shall either be of the same product or with any other product of the value of the payment already made (including the shipping charges) to SoulDeal.

Can I cancel my order? What is the procedure to do so?

There are two instances where you may cancel your order. That is, either before shipment of your order (before the goods are put in transit) or after shipment of your order (after the goods are put in transit). If you want to cancel the order before shipment, you may either intimate the same to SoulDeal through e-mail or by calling the customer relations department and intimating your intention to cancel the order, within 24 hrs of making the purchase. In this case the cancellation will be made from our end and full refund will be made to you. If you want to cancel the order after shipment, then you shall refuse to accept or take delivery of the goods, in which case the Courier service will return the products to SoulDeal and after deduction of shipping charges for the said order, SoulDeal will make refund to you.

Is it possible for me to order a product that is out of stock?

Whenever a product is out of stock, you may create an alert by sharing your e-mail ID with us and we will intimate you through e-mail when the product is in stock and then you may make a purchase.

I have made a purchase and want to change the delivery address from my residence to my office, can I do that? What do I need to do?

Change of address can be done within 24 hrs from the purchase, before the order is shipped. However, once your order has been shipped it would be very difficult to process a change in delivery address. It will be up to the Seller/Vendor’s discretion to allow or reject a change in shipping address after shipment of order.

I have made a purchase and want to gift it to a relative how do I change the address?

Whenever you make a purchase you will notice that there will be two kinds of addresses that you can provide. The Shipping address and the billing address. If you want to gift any product, then you may enter your address in the billing address and in the shipping address, you can enter the address of the relative/friend/person to whom you want to gift the product.
