INSTRUCTIONS:-

As a compress mist: Warm an Omved Herbal Compress and place in its cover. Spray mist lightly over it and place on affected area. A hot compress is generally used for “old” injuries, rheumatic pain, menstrual cramps, etc. As a pillow mist: Spray mist lightly over pillows or sheets to ease headaches and tight nerves. Allow fabric to dry prior to contact. As linen water: Spray lightly just before ironing for an authentic aromatherapy experience. As an air freshener: Spray in the air away from eyes.
