(i) Our website www.souldeal.in, hereinafter referred to as the ‘Website’, is an e-commerce platform dedicated at providing you easy access to a wide range of holistic, natural, spiritual and organic products; and also services including holistic and natural therapies and drugless treatments.

(ii) This document, hereinafter referred to as the ‘Policy’,reflects the policy that is adopted by SoulDeal Products and Services Pvt. Ltd.(including, wherever the context admits and requires, the terms ‘we’, ‘us’, ‘our’, ‘ours’) with regard to practices of collection and use of information and data obtained from the User (including, wherever the context admits and requires, the terms ‘you’, ‘yours’, ‘customer’, ‘purchaser’).

(iii) We commit, through this Policy, to protect your privacy, to secure all information and data provided by you to us in pursuance of your use of the Website and to use such information and data lawfully and in accordance with the Information Technology Act, 2011, the Information Technology (Reasonable Security Practices and Procedures and Sensitive Personal Data or Information) Rules, 2011 and other applicable laws of the Republic of India.

(vi) This Policy shall be a part of the User Agreement (as displayed on the Website) and the terms of the Policy may be read with the terms of the User Agreement if necessary.

(i) In general, you can browse the Website without revealing your identity or any personal information about yourself. Once you give us your personal information, you are not anonymous to us.  Such information will be given to us by you voluntarily when you wish to indulge in any activity (as listed in Clause No. 3.1 here below) provided for on the Website.We may also automatically track certain information about you based upon your behaviour on our Website.  (ii) In addition, if SoulDeal or substantially all of its assets are acquired, our customer information will most likely also be transferred in connection with such acquisition.

We will not share your Personally Identifiable Information with other parties except as provided below:

 (i) Whenever you place an order for purchase of products offered on the Website, we communicate your order details to the Vendor, who will arrange to have the specified product, in the prescribed quantity, delivered to you and in this regard we invariably share your PII which will include your name and address as provided by you with the Vendor to facilitate the actual delivery of the product.

 (ii) Whenever you place an order for purchase of any services offered on the Website, we issue Vouchers to you and consequently we share your PII with the Service Provider for identification purposes pursuant to your redemption of the Voucher with the Service Provider. The information that we share will include your name, age, Voucher Code and such other necessary incidental information required for identification.

 (iii) We safeguard your privacy using known security standards and procedures and comply with applicable privacy laws. Our Website combines industry-approved physical, electronic and procedural safeguards to ensure that your information is well protected throughout its life cycle in our infrastructure.
