DIRECTIONS FOR USE

Gently massage appropriate quantity in soft circular motion in upward strokes. Leave it on for a minute. You might feel a slight cooling sensation which is because of the mint content. Wash it off thoroughly and pat dry, you can also wipe it off with moist cotton.
